Thank you for choosing Divine Home for your purchase.

Please note that all wooden products are custom-made upon order, and delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation, depending on the specific product. For orders confirmation you need to pay Rs5000 in advance.

We do not offer refunds but have a flexible replacement policy, subject to meeting the conditions outlined below:

  • If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement. To qualify, you must provide video evidence of the unpacking process.
  • Complaints regarding damaged products must be reported immediately upon receiving the order through the provided contact number or email. The product must be returned in the condition it was received, and we recommend careful packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
  • If no issues are reported at the time of delivery, it will be considered that the product was received in excellent condition, and subsequent complaints will not be entertained.

Orders may be modified or changed within 3 days of placement.

Please note that the company is not responsible for any damage caused while transporting goods through narrow corridors or stairwells.

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, they are provided without liability for delays. The company is not responsible for any compensation, damage, or refund of advance payments for deliveries that occur beyond the stated delivery timeframe. Delivery will take between 15 to 18 working days.

Replacements will be processed within 15-20 business days after Divine Home receives the returned product, provided it is in acceptable condition.

Can I track orders?

 At the moment, Divine Home does not offer real-time order tracking. However, you will be kept informed about your order's progress through regular updates. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an estimated delivery timeline, and we will notify you when your product is ready for dispatch.
