We do not offer refunds but have a flexible replacement policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement.
Video evidence of the unpacking process must be provided to qualify for the replacement.
Complaints regarding damaged products must be reported immediately upon receiving the order via the provided contact number or email.
The product must be returned in the condition it was received, and we recommend careful packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
If no issues are reported at the time of delivery, the product will be considered received in excellent condition, and subsequent complaints will not be entertained.
Replacement Process
Replacements will be processed within 15-20 business days after Divine Home receives the returned product, provided it is in acceptable condition.
