Return & Exchange Policy

  1. No Refunds
    • We do not offer refunds but have a flexible replacement policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  2. Damaged Products
    • If your order arrives damaged, we offer a free replacement.
    • Video evidence of the unpacking process must be provided to qualify for the replacement.
    • Complaints regarding damaged products must be reported immediately upon receiving the order via the provided contact number or email.
    • The product must be returned in the condition it was received, and we recommend careful packaging to prevent damage during return transit.
    • If no issues are reported at the time of delivery, the product will be considered received in excellent condition, and subsequent complaints will not be entertained.

  3. Replacement Process
    • Replacements will be processed within 15-20 business days after Divine Home receives the returned product, provided it is in acceptable condition.
